Shipping Information
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Most orders placed before 1:00pm EST will ship same day - out of stock items, or items that require assembly, such as wheels and tires may take longer.  Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies at your earliest convenience using our toll-free phone number - 1-877-855-9353.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, not flat-rate tables like most retailers.  This ensures that you receive the most cost-effective shipping rates available.  Should any additional shipping charges be incurred, you will be notified prior to completing your order.

Non-UPSable Items
Certain items, such as cargo boxes and rear seat kits, may be too large for UPS and will require motor freight for delivery.  Please call for quotes and we will place the order manually.  If you place an order for a non-UPSable item among other UPSable items the freight on the UPSable items is calculated ONLY and additional freight charges will apply.  When in doubt, call toll-free for a shipping quote - 1-877-855-9353.
